DELICIOUS QUALITY FOOD
For us, home-made delicious food made out of high-quality ingredients is a central and delightful part of life. We are food enthusiasts that prefer fresh seasonal ingredients and a varying cuisine. Getting taste impressions from different cultures brings richness to cooking and this is what we want to share with our community. All the delicacies in our assortment are chosen with care and are products we consume ourself.
THE ALPINE REGION
The alpine region is unique in regard to its history, its culture and not the least its majestic views that calm the mind and enable many fascinating hobbies such as alpine gliding. The terrain is partly harsh and requires know-how, which the locals have acquired throughout centuries. On the other hand the alpine grounds are pure and fertile, the air is clean and the region is protected from destruction by local authorities. No fertilizers are allowed, making everything that is produced in the area natural.
SUPPORTING LOCAL PRODUCERS
The alpine region has numerous local producers who value traditions, high quality and most importantly have passion for what they produce. This passion is passed on to their customers through the taste and quality of the delicacies they produce. We prefer producers that are favoured by the locals who know how local and authentic delicacies should taste and be produced. We carefully select the most outstanding suppliers that are largely available in the Nordic market only through our online shop.
