Alpen Edelweiß summer set #1: the TRUFFLE BURGER menu

For tasty summer evenings at your summer cabin! This dinner set gives you the taste-creating star ingredients to rock your truffle burger dinner in our suggested 3-course menu with a fresh melon salad as a starter, a juicy truffle burger as main course and the Piedmont classic dessert Bunet as dessert. We planned the menu so that each dish complements the other and that they together give you a satisfying and tasty dinner that is easy to prepare – perfect for warm summer evenings in idyllic summer cabin atmosphere. You don’t need a big kitchen, it’s enough with a grill or a stove/heating platter.

How does it work? Order this dinner kit, shop the basic ingredients at the supermarket, prepare the dinner according to our instructions – and last but not least, enjoy! The menu is planned for 2 persons. In case you want to serve more people, add more chips bags (one bag is for 2 persons) and Bunet desserts (one glass jar is for 1 person). The rest of the ingredients are good for up to 4-6 persons. The set contains printed preparation instructions with a shopping list for the grocery store. We recommend to add the following products to make the dinner even more tasty: Lacrima d’Oro hazelnut oil from Morgana del Re for the melon salad dressing, Truffle Perlage from Tartuflanghe to give the melon salad a luxurious finish and truffle oil from Tartuflanghe to intensify the truffle taste in the burger.
