The Bunet is an iconic dessert of the Piedmontese tradition.

It is a creamy pudding with amaretti that is traditionally eaten in Piedmont during the colder months. This luxurious Piedmontese dessert will please anyone with a sweet tooth. Belonging to the category of ‘ dolci al cucchiaio’, together with pannacotta and other creamy puddings, it is a soft, rich dessert, that can be eaten with a spoon.

Ready to serve at the table, it is easy to turn out onto a plate. It can be garnished as desired with whipped cream, strawberries or peaches.

Tartuflanghe is a family company, founded in 1975 by chef Giuseppe and his wife Domenica Montanaro in Piobesi d’Alba. The company’s history is strongly tied to the kitchen which still today shows in how they meticulously stay creative with developing recipes, experimenting with production processes and in their continuous selection of the finest ingredients. Since the start, the passion for the symbol of their territory, the White Truffle of Alba, has pushed them to be innovative in their product development, while staying  true to tradition. Their recipes, from savory to sweet, have been awarded in major international competitions.

Färdig att ätas ikonisk, mjuk och fyllig piemontesisk pudding med amaretti-dessert. Kan serveras med vispad grädde, jordgubbar, amarettikakor eller persikor.

Verzehrfertiger kultiger, weicher und reichhaltiger piemontesischer Pudding mit Amaretti als Dessert. Kann mit Schlagsahne, Erdbeeren, Amaretti-Keksen oder Pfirsichen serviert werden.

INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS: MILK, amaretti biscuits (sugar, apricot almonds, egg white, lactose, MILK protein, flavourings, leavening agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate), BREAD, sugar, EGGS, cocoa powder, amaretto liqueur (alcohol, water, sugar, flavourings, colouring agent: caramel), caramel (caramelised glucose and sucrose syrup), thickener: carrageenan.
