Acacia honey with freeze-dried white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) from Tartuflanghe, Miele al Tartufo Bianco. The white truffle gives a precious note to honey.

½ teaspoon per portion is the ideal quantity to enrich your dishes. Try it with aged cheeses such as Grana Padano, Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino, Castelmagno or blue cheeses. It also goes perfectly with ice cream (cream or fiordilatte), pancakes or as a garnish for desserts or for cocktails. Excellent as a finishing, to drizzle over warm and cold dishes: pasta, risotto, meat, fish, eggs, salads, vegetables, fresh cheese, crostini bread, canapés, sushi and sashimi, fresh and smoked salmon, meat and fish carpaccio and tartare.

Miele al tartufo bianco innehåller acacia honung och skivor av den vita Tuber magnatum pico tryffeln. Likt tryffeloljan kompletterar miele al tartufo bianco maträtter genom att ge dem smaken av tryffel. Passar utmärkt till ostar som Gran Padano, parmesan, pecorino eller blåmögelostar.

 

Tartuflanghe is a family company, founded in 1975 by chef Giuseppe and his wife Domenica Montanaro in Piobesi d’Alba.
