Black truffle Perlage® (Tuber melanosporum Vitt.), Perlage di Tartufo Nero Pregiato, is in other words pearls of black winter truffle juice. This innovative product gives you the taste of truffle to dishes. The exquisite truffle juice is obtained by direct extraction of the truffle during cooking.
Ideal for enriching hot and cold dishes. Excellent on finger food, sushi, sashimi, salmon, fresh cheeses, pasta dishes, fillets, meat and fish carpaccio and tartare, eggs, foie gras.
Can be stored at room temperature until opened. Tartuflanghe recommends to add 1 teaspoon per portion. With 50g of Perlage >15 servings.
