The pralines from Antica Torroneria Piemontese are by many considered to be best in their class. We think they are highly addictive and pure pleasure. Perfect as a dessert or to accompany coffee.

During the summertime we recommend to take Express shipment for the chocolate pralines as we cannot ensure that they will not be exposed to heat during the transportation.

Antica Torroneria Piemontese is a family company founded in 1885 by Giuseppe Sebaste. Throughout their history they have created pastries of excellence, all inspired by the PGI Piedmontese Hazelnut. His family, now in its fifth generation, continues to tell passionate tales: the passion for an ancient profession, the love for the native land, the appreciation of the fruits of the land.

On the sunny hill slopes the prestigious vineyards sleep cradled by the soft spring wind and on the shady slopes the hazelnut trees find their natural environment to produce the famous “Tonda e gentile” Langhe hazelnut to which our company origin is tightly connected.”

Antica Torroneria is a place where the respect for tradition and the search for innovation coexist every day. They see themself as ever-evolving artisans. Most of their production staff, or craftsmen as they call it, have graduated at the “Arte Bianca” school (for specialized pastry) having an experience of over 20 years with the new generations inheriting their expertise and pride.

“Never will we search for fast and cheap methods, but always in the pursuit of the best final results, applying the right time frames and the right temperatures in processing our ingredients to obtain the superior quality of our products as well as to maintain the natural aromas and scents.”
